Sour Lemon and Honey Gummies

About the Recipe


  • 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/3 cup Miller Marsh honey

  • 4 (1 ounce) gelatin packets


Step 1

Combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, and honey in a small saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over top. Let stand 5 minutes to allow gelatin to bloom.

Step 2

Place pan over medium heat. Cook, stiring frequently until gelatin dissolves and mixture is translucent. Skim away any foam from top and discard.

Step 3

Pour gelatin mixture into silicone molds and chill untill firm.


use 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1/3 cup cranberry juice.

Replace water with vodka for a boozy treat!
